Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
• Shipments are sent by courier to UK addresses and by Royal Mail to Europe and the rest of the world
• If you require overnight courier please contact us.
• Where possible orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
• Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as errors cannot be rectified once goods have been dispatched.
• If  your goods have not arrived after 5 working days please contact us immediately.
• Clearance goods are sent best value.

Returns

• Please email us withing 24 hours of receiving your item(s) if you wish to return them.  Stating what you are returning and why.
• We accept return's up to 14 days from receipt after this time there will be a 10% restock charge.
• Shoes must be returned in original box, unworn with all labels attached.
• Any free gift given with shoes must be returned unused and in original packaging.
• Any cost incurred on returned goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• We advise you return goods by recorded delivery as you are responsible for the goods until we are in receipt of them.
• Please ensure that all return packages have the correct postage paid on them. We DO NOT accept any deliveries that need surcharges paid.
• Should a claim for non arrival of an order arise we will refund you once we have received compensation from the Post Office.
• We do not accept return's on clearance stock.

• Please note gifts are only available while stocks last
• Gifts may very to those advertised especially towards the end of the season.
