Items must be returned and received by us within 7 days of you receiving them.  Extended return's for Christmas 2017 until 15th January 2018.

Returned item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition (which includes any packaging and free gifts) and all labels must be intact. If these conditions are not met we may be unable to accept them. Where reasonable care hasn’t been taken with any items, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss. All orders are checked to ensure they leave in pristine condition. No returns will be accepted for marked/­soiled/­damaged stock.

Please note that refunds are made by crediting the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When we offer free delivery, if you need a exchange for a different size this can be chargable at a cost of £3.50.

Clearance Stock 45% off or Above - we do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance stock.


You will need to pay the returns postage (and any customs or duty charges if applicable) and for safety, we would recommend you use Second Class recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
We will notify you via e-mail, once we have processed the refund for the returned item this will exclude any original postage costs.

As long as the goods are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase of childrens designer shoes within 10 working days of receiving your package.

Unless we have sent you incorrect, damaged or faulty goods we regret the cost of the postage cannot be refunded to you.

Hop Skip & Jump reserves the right to limit the postage refund for returned products that are incorrect, damaged or faulty to Royal Mail Second Class Recorded charges.
Please Note- All items must be returned in original packaging.

Footwear - Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.

Items must be returned within 7 days of the order confirmation.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation/ invoice so we can process your return. 

Exchanges in Store

You can exchange the item in store for any product that is the same price or lower in value. A Credit note will be given for the difference in value.

The distance selling laws no longer apply if exchanged In Store and the item is subject to the stores returns policy.
